shipping
Your package will be shipped 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Every order will be shipped via USPS first class which takes approximately 2-4 business days.

*Custom orders will have its own ship out schedule which you will be informed individually. 

Shipping is US only, but international shipping is available with customer covering 100% shipping cost. Please e-mail from international shipping details.

 

returns and exchanges
Any unused and unwashed items that have been purchased within 10days are returnable/exchangable. unfortunately, you will be responsible for the cost of mailing the items in this case.

All final sale and no exchange/refund for customized goods and custom made products.

 

changing or canceling an order      
Changing in color, sizes, customization is acceptable as long as the order has not been made. Please check to see if possible by e-mailing. Same thing applies to canceling your order.

damages or defects
In the event that an item you receive is damaged or defective in any way, email at info@mrlybrand.com. To initiate a claim, please send your order# along with a brief description of the issue and photo documentation.
